Corporate Governance

The term corporate governance implies the responsible management and control of a company aimed at achieving long-term growth in value. The central maxims of the corporate governance (CG) are trusting and efficient co-operation between the various corporate organs and bodies, the preservation of shareholder interests as well as open and transparent communication.

Austrian CG Code

In September 2002 the Austrian Working Group for Corporate Governance created the Austrian Corporate Governance Code.
