Shareholder Structure

By way of its 100 per cent subsidiary Cembra Beteiligungs GmbH, RZB continues to be Raiffeisen International’s single largest shareholder, with a stake of 72.8 per cent. Accordingly, the free float, the usual reference point for weighting Raiffeisen International in share indices, is unchanged at level of 2008 of 27.2 per cent. Private investors own about 9 per cent of the shares, while institutional investors account for the remaining 18 per cent and thus represent a focal point of the shareholder structure.
